Coil for Flexospan Corrugated Roofing & Corrugated steel Siding panels is stocked in four different metal materials in the gauges shown in this table. We also offer three coatings and an uncoated mill finish. Painted products are available in our 15 standard colors. Custom colors and painted aluminum can be special ordered. All special orders are subject to minimum quantity requirements.

Flexospan offers three standard coatings, each providing a different level of protection, as well as a mill finish.

Flexshield - Corrosive Resistant Coating

Choose it when you need the most protection for your corrugated roofing and corrugated metal siding building. Flexshield is formulated to stand up to the harsh industrial pollutants that quickly eat through standard coatings. An ideal coating for waste water treatment plants, paper mills, chemical processing plants, fertilizer plants and steel plants, it's an investment that pays off in the extended life of your buildings.

 Kynar 500®/Hylar 5000®

Choose it when you need the best performance against color fade and chalking. It's an excellent choice for roofing, siding, column covers and other architectural applications where a long-lasting surface appearance is required.

 Siliconized polyester

Choose it when you want the most economical, painted finish. This coating works especially well when your color selection is in lighter shades and earth tones, and color fade is not critical.
